| Police Departments
For over 30 years, SPI has remained at the forefront of performing and establishing the standards of psychological assessments for Police Departments.
We specialize in the screening, selection, and assessment of Police Department personnel, and have performed over 25,000 psychological assessments for local, state, and Federal law enforcement agencies. Private security departments, such as maybe found at university and college settings, require a selection system that is sensitive to protecting the students, faculty, and the organization.
Specific selection criteria may vary from agency to agency and we are committed to addressing each agency's particular needs and concerns. As always, our assessment reports focus on Accuracy and identifying Risk Management Factors.
We have performed selection at all levels - from entry level to probationary to Department Chief.
