SPI was founded in 1978 as a provider of industrial-organizational psychology services to law enforcement agencies.  Over the years, we've partnered with organizations across a wide range of industries to help them grow, manage change, work smarter, foster innovation, or drive productivity.  SPI has become  widely recognized as a true business partner that works with clients to drive improvement and build competitive advantage.
Company History
SPI began in San Pedro, CA over 30 years ago. Since then we have grown with our clients, and now have a presence in 42 cities in 14 states.
